Theories include assessing structural issues of the feet and how it can translate to physical changes in the body.
Second, using the zone theory. This is how the body is mapped out into zones or sections on the feet, providing a map of where to locate reflexes on the foot. Thirdly, Addressing the Chinese Meridian pathways beginning and ending in the feet. Massaging these areas directly correlate to structures /organs in the body.
